An Exclusive Audience
Because of the international cutting-edge nature of the conference we confidently expect 300 delegates to attend. The conference is open to all with an interest in neuromuscular conditions. The audience will be composed of medical professionals including:
GP's
Paediatricians
Neurologists
Geneticists
The conference directly precedes the Australian New Zealand Association of Neurologists (ANZAN) meeting in New Zealand and a meeting of the Australian New Zealand Child Neurology Study Group is also being planned for early May 2009 to coincide with Window on Tomorrow.
The numbers of medical professional will be high as the conference qualifies for CME points. In addition Allied Health professionals will attend as the conference qualifies for MOPs. Allied health professionals include:

Podiatrists
Genetic associates
Teachers and other education professionals of students with neuromuscular conditions will be in attendance. The balance of the audience will be members with neuromuscular conditions, their families and carers from New Zealand and Australia. The conference lasts two and a half days and features 23 main and breakout sessions and a social programme allowing plenty of opportunity for delegates to network and mix and mingle with sponsors and exhibitors.

Exhibition Details
The exhibition will be held at SKYCITY Auckland Convention
Centre. Upon forwarding your Application to Sponsor or Exhibit
Form, Icon Conference and Event Management Ltd will forward
a detailed floor plan. The exhibition floor plan has been designed
to ensure good visibility, access to all stands and to maximise
traffic flow which will be encouraged by placement of catering
stations at key points in the exhibition area.
Displays can be fixed to the walls by Velcro, staples or pins which
must be removed prior to break-down. An electrician will be
on site during pack-in. Extra services relating to fascia name,
lighting, power, furniture, shelving, plants and display fixing can
also be arranged. The details and costs of these extra services
will be mailed to exhibitors on confirmation of space booking.
Inclusion in Conference Handbook
We will require, nearer the time, for you to provide a 50 word
description of your product for inclusion. The conference
handbook will also indicate the location of your booth.
Hours of Operation
The exhibition will open at 8.00am each day and close at
6.00pm, after the final sessions. During these hours, you will be
responsible for the exhibits on your stands. Outside these hours,
security will patrol the exhibition area.
